Learn basic Meditation and TaiChi information. Join us weekly for this community class and get to know others that avidly practice Meditation and TaiChi.

This class meets all year. During the summer (June - August) we meet outside at the 2nd & E St Triangle (median).


Community Qigong & Meditation

Join us for seated and standing meditative movement... and meet like-minded people developing a low-stress, meditative lifestyle.

This class meets all year at the Jade Lady Studio. On exceptionally nice days, we take blankets and chairs outside to sit on the lawn.
