Ryan Marshall has dedicated himself to the art and science of mind-body practices and powerful energetic healing for more than 25 years. He was trained in California as a physician of Eastern and integrative medicine and has studied extensively in energy medicine and spiritual disciplines around the world. HIDDEN IMMORTAL TAICHI - Meditation in motion! This 8-movement TaiChi Qigong form helps our body-mind connect and communicate with the universal energies represented by the 8 trigrams of the I Ching. As we align and balance with the form, we align and balance our body and mind.
TAICHI PUSH HANDS - Here's an opportunity to apply TaiChi principles with other students in the class. Based on the Mother Form of TaiChi (Hidden Immortal Linage), push hands practice will give you feedback about relaxation and alignment to help you get in the flow... and a great chance to brush up on your skills to benefit more from Master Wu’s Push Hands class in February.
